Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the Project;
- Planning, co-ordinate and manage of all construction site activities;
- Monitoring and controlling the project performance, budget;
- Implementing project progress, quality control and safety requirements;
- Preparing contract submission e.g., working program, method statement, material submission and progress report to - Evaluating and managing subcontractors/suppliers’ quotations and payments;
- Liaising with clients, consultants and sub-constructor.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Project Manager in coordinating successful completion of construction projects;
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports;
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team;
- Keep the Project Manager and project team informed about project status and issues that may impact
the project;

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Project Manager with subcontractor oversight/organization to ensure the project schedule
is maintained;
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and forecasts;
- Working with the Project Manager on project status updates including budget monitoring, schedule
tracking, and personnel and equipment needs;
- Managing effective communications between technical, construction, and project controls groups;
- Assisting with engineering drawings and layouts;
- Performing other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management;

Responsibilities:

- Prepare budget estimations, elemental cost plans, pre-tender estimates, cost control, value engineering,
and related tender analysis and documents;
- Responsible for interim payment and final account of the project;
- Co-ordination with different trades of contractor and supplier;
- Prepare monthly Interim Payment Application and settlement of the Final Account
