About the job
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the Project;
- Planning, co-ordinate and manage of all construction site activities;
- Monitoring and controlling the project performance, budget;
- Implementing project progress, quality control and safety requirements;
- Preparing contract submission e.g., working program, method statement, material submission and progress report to - Evaluating and managing subcontractors/suppliers’ quotations and payments;
- Liaising with clients, consultants and sub-constructor.
Requirements
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Certificate or above in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
2 years’ relevant experience in Civil construction industry;
Independent and self-motivated;
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
Immediately available is highly preferred;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sub-Agent.
