About the job
Responsibilities:
- Prepare budget estimations, elemental cost plans, pre-tender estimates, cost control, value engineering,
and related tender analysis and documents;
- Responsible for interim payment and final account of the project;
- Co-ordination with different trades of contractor and supplier;
- Prepare monthly Interim Payment Application and settlement of the Final Account
Requirements
Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
Minimum of 2 years of QS relevant working experience in the related industry;
Good technical knowledge – Measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law;
Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes;
Positive attitude, self-motivated, team spirit;
Ability to communicate proficient in speaking English and Chinese as well as writing.
Candidates who have less experience or are freshly graduated also will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
